SummerFest 2026

SUMMERFEST 2026 is scheduled for August 8th. We look forward to a great event where our parish can socialize and share a delicious chicken dinner from 4-7 pm. Mass will be celebrated at 5 pm at St. Lawrence on Aug. 8th.  

(Note:  there will be NO 5 pm Mass at St. Joseph of the Valley, that weekend only). Activities will begin around 6 pm, to include children’s games, silent auction, bingo and country store!  

SETUP will start Friday night, Aug. 7th at 6:00 pm. If you could donate a few hours – it would be greatly appreciated!

RAFFLE TICKETS: Raffle tickets are available at the back of each church. We are asking each family to sell a minimum of 30 tickets. Get a chance for some great prizes – only $1 for each chance! Prizes are: 2 Chiefs Tickets for August 15th (Section 111 Row 6, Seats 11 & 12), $500 Cash, $300 Cash, $150 Cash, Barnett Jackal Xbow, $50 Gift Card to Hilltop Market and $50 Gift Card to Easton Cafe. 

BINGO PRIZES:  Please help make Summerfest a success!  Please donate one child’s prize and one adult prize for Bingo ($10-$20 value), can be toys, games.  Gift cards and cash are welcome too!  Prizes can be left at the back of each church or brought to St. Lawrence Hall on Friday night or the day of the event. COUNTRY STORES: We need items for the country store; baked products, homemade items, jelly, fresh produce, etc..... POC - Rita Oatney

KIDS GAMES: We ask that each CCD family donate two 2-liter bottles of soda for the Pop Toss. These can be left at the back of each church.  POC: Sara Green

CAKES/PIES: We need those wonderful home-made desserts our Parish is well-known for! Please bring them either Friday night or the day of the event.

SILENT AUCTION: We are looking for theme baskets, gift cards, and other great items to include in this event. Please drop your donated items off at the hall starting Friday evening. POC-Kenny and Julie Eastburn.
