SUMMERFEST 2025
SUMMERFEST 2025 is scheduled for August 9th. We look forward to a great event where our parish can socialize and share a delicious chicken dinner from 4-7 pm. Mass will be celebrated at 5 pm at St. Lawrence on Aug. 9th. (Note: there will be NO 5 pm Mass at St. Joseph of the Valley, that weekend only). Activities will begin around 6 pm, to include children’s games, silent auction, bingo and country store!
VOLUNTEERS – WE NEED YOU! – please sign up for your choice of work and times of shifts – we need kitchen help – setup, meal prep, serving, picking up/washing, serving cakes/pies, drinks, Beer Garden, Selling Tickets, Country Store, Bingo. SETUP will start Friday night, Aug. 8th at 6:00 pm. If you could donate a few hours – it would be greatly appreciated!
RAFFLE TICKETS: Raffle tickets are available at the back of each church. We are asking each family to sell a minimum of 30 tickets. Get a chance for some great prizes – only $1 for each chance! Prizes are: $500 Cash, $200 Cash, Handmade lap quilt, $50 Gift Card to Hilltop Market and $50 Gift Card to Easton Cafe.
SPECIAL RAFFLE For CHIEFS Tickets! Will be held August 9th. The tickets are in section 302, row 25, seats 14 & 15 at the 50 yard line for the Bears vs. Chiefs, Friday August 22nd at 7:20 pm. (Preseason game #3). Tickets will be $5 or 5 for $20.
BINGO PRIZES: Please help make Summerfest a success! Please donate one child’s prize and one adult prize for Bingo ($10-$20 value), can be toys, games. Gift cards and cash are welcome too! Prizes can be left at the back of each church or brought to St. Lawrence Hall on Friday night or the day of the event. POC-Linda Heim.
KIDS GAMES: We ask that each CCD family donate two 2-liter bottles of soda for the Pop Toss. These can be left at the back of each church.
CAKES/PIES: We need those wonderful home-made desserts our Parish is well-known for! Please bring them either Friday night or the day of the event.
SILENT AUCTION: We are looking for theme baskets, gift cards, and other great items to include in this event. Please drop your donated items off at the hall starting Friday evening. POC-Kenny and Julie Eastburn. Please remember, this event is outside, so items must be resistant to heat.
